The room was spacious and luminous, with elegant and sober design. The bathroom was really enjoyable, with a door designed especially for the place. The service was good. The breakfast was nice. Unfortunately the restaurant has some serious flaws and does not live up to the proposed menu. The service is very slow and looks a bit amateurish at times. The meat was atrociously cooked, the consistency and the taste being close to a plastic shoe.

I'm not sure whether I should give it 4 or 3 stars. My experience was worthy of 4, but my friend's probably only 2. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is great. The quality of the food is very high! Due to a mistake by the staff concerning the availability of rooms, my friend's belongings were moved from one room to another without being notified before coming back to the hotel. We were with a group of 9 and his luggage was moved to another person's room from the group. The staff a simple sorry and a shoulder shrug were enough, not showing any will for any type of compensation, even though they could have expected some kind of discontent from our part. That was quite a shame as it is a really good hotel. Hence 3 stars.

Superb location, and when the weather is as awesome as when we went for lunch, you'll enjoy the terrace. Pure heaven. Of course it is not a cheap place but great menu, very tasty and with some originality. They like to try something new on the menu. Service was according to the standing of the place, just excellent. I love to go there from time to time

Stayed here for a corporate off-site for three days and absolutely loved it. The hotel is exactly what you expect in Switzerland: clean, well-maintained rooms, friendly staff, and quiet location with great scenery. The food deserves special mention. Every meal was a perfect delight: excellent quality, perfectly prepared, and well balanced. Highly recommend this place for a stay or a meal. You will not be disappointed.
